About change/cancellation of reservation

If you cancel on the day of the reservation, the cancellation fee will not be charged.

＊Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged according to the regulations after that day.

If you make changes or cancellations after making a reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the period.

After reservation is confirmed and 10 days before departure	Free
7 days in advance	30% of the basic charge
6 to 3 days in advance	50% of the basic charge
2 to 1 day ( the day before departure)	80% of the basic charge
On the day of departure	100% of the basic charge
