About the change/cancellation of the reservation
If you cancel on the day of the reservation(during business hours), the cancellation fee will not be charged.
＊Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged according to the regulations after that day.
If you make changes or cancellations after making a reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the period.

Please note that no refund will be issued if you return the camper early, before your scheduled return date.
We kindly ask that you carefully confirm your pick-up and return dates and times in advance. As stated in our policy, we are unable to process any refund requests for early returns, as this is outside of our refund policy.
