予防

・ご返却はフライトの2時間前までにお願いいたします。
・レンタカーのご返却は、燃料を満タンにしてご返却ください。
・ご返却の際は、車内に忘れ物がないかご確認ください。
・全車禁煙となっておりますので、車内での喫煙はご遠慮ください。
・違法駐車にはご注意ください。
・返却日時の延長が必要な場合は、店舗までご相談ください。
・事故によりお車を破損した場合は、警察と弊社営業所までご連絡ください。

免責事項

レンタカー料金には、賠償責任保険と車両損害保険が含まれています。レンタカー利用中に事故を起こし、車両や他人に損害を与えた場合、保険会社が補償金を支払いますが、一定の自己負担額があります。この金額を「免責金額」と呼び、免責金額の支払いを免除する制度を「免責補償制度」といいます。また、事故が発生した場合、上記に加えて、車両の修理・清掃期間中の営業補償として「NOC（ノンオペレーションチャージ）」をお支払いいただきます。

万が一の事故・トラブル発生時に免責金額とNOCが免除される「免責＋NOC補償」オプションをご用意しておりますので、ご予約の際にオプション追加をおすすめしております。
※免責およびNOC補償が適用されない場合がございます。

補償例外

以下の場合は保険適用外となり、全額実費負担となりますのでご注意ください。
・警察や営業所への事故報告がない場合
・利用規約や法令に違反するなど、事故が重大である場合
・管理上の過失があった場合
（車内損傷、設備損傷、車両解錠時の盗難、鍵紛失、自社敷地内給油時の燃料の種類間違い、禁煙車内での喫煙など）

車両の受け渡し

簡単な車両説明のあと、車両周りの傷などのチェックをお客様と目視で行います。このチェックのあと、すぐご利用が可能となります。なお、燃料を満タンにして受け渡ししておりますので、出発時の給油の必要はありません。

車両の返却／超過清算・その他

所定の返却時間までに出発営業所へ車両をご返却いただきますが、予定時間を超過される場合は早めに営業所までその旨をご連絡ください。車両返却後、車両担当者により実走距離の記録と、車体周り・車内のチェックを行います。

なお、車両を返却する際は必ず満タン給油をお願いしておりますのでご了承ください。

※予定時間を超過した場合は、超過料金を算定しご清算いただきます。また、燃料を満タン給油できなかった場合は、実走キロ数に応じた換算料金を別途お支払いいただきます。

無料送迎（お送り）

ご希望の方は営業所から送迎バスにて、空港までお送りいたします。担当者へお申し付けください。

・반납 날짜와 시간을 연장해야 하는 경우, 매장에 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
・사고로 인해 차량이 손상된 경우, 경찰과 당사 사무실에 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.

부인 성명

렌터카 요금에는 책임 보험과 차량 손해 보험이 포함되어 있습니다. 렌터카 이용 중 사고가 발생하여 차량이나 타인에게 피해를 입힌 경우, 보험사가 보상해 주지만, 일정 금액의 보상금을 지불해야 합니다. 이 금액을 "자기부담금"이라고 하며, 자기부담금 지불을 면제해 주는 제도를 "책임면제 보상 제도"라고 합니다. 또한, 사고 발생 시 차량 수리 및 세차 기간 동안 발생하는 영업 손실에 대한 보상금인 "NOC(Non-Operation Charge)"를 추가로 지불해야 합니다.

사고나 문제 발생 시 본인 부담금과 NOC(자차 보상)를 면제해 주는 "책임 면제 + NOC 보상" 옵션을 제공하므로, 예약 시 이 옵션을 추가하는 것을 권장합니다.
*책임 면제 및 NOC 보상이 적용되지 않는 경우도 있습니다.

보상 예외

다음의 경우는 보험 적용이 되지 않으므로, 고객님께서 전액을 부담하셔야 합니다.
・경찰이나 영업소에 사고를 신고하지 않은 경우
・약관이나 법령 위반 등 사고가 심각한 경우・관리상의 과실 (차량 내부 파손, 장비 파손, 차량 잠금 해제 시 도난, 열쇠 분실, 본인 사업장에서 주유 시 잘못된 연료 사용, 금연 차량 내 흡연 등)이
있는 경우

補償例外

・如果未向警察或辦公室報告事故
・如果事故嚴重，例如違反條款和條件或法律
・如果存在管理失誤
（車輛內部損壞、設備損壞、車輛解鎖時被盜、鑰匙丟失、在自己的場所加油時使用錯誤類型的燃料、在禁煙車輛內吸煙等）

防範措施

・請在航班起飛前至少 2 小時歸還物品。
・歸還租車時，請將油箱加滿。
・歸還汽車時，請確認車內沒有遺留任何物品。
・所有車輛內都禁止吸煙，因此請不要在車內吸煙。
・注意不要非法停車。
・如果需要延長歸還日期和時間，請諮詢商店。
・如果您的汽車在事故中受損，請聯絡警察和我們的辦公室。

免責聲明

租車費用包含責任保險和車輛損失保險。如果您在租車過程中發生事故，導致車輛或他人受損，保險公司會進行賠償，但您需要支付一定金額的賠償金。這筆金額被稱為“免賠額”，而免除免賠額的製度被稱為“責任豁免賠償制度”。此外，如果發生事故，除了上述費用外，您還需要支付“NOC（非營運費用）”，用於支付車輛維修和清潔期間的商業賠償。

我們提供「免責險+NOC賠償」選項，讓您在發生事故或問題時免除免賠額和NOC，建議您在預訂時添加此選項。
*在某些情況下，免責險和NOC賠償不適用。

Precautions

・Please return the item at least 2 hours before your flight.
・When returning the rental car, please return it with a full tank of fuel.
・When returning the car, please make sure you have not left anything behind in the car.
・Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles, so please refrain from smoking inside the vehicle.
・Be careful not to park illegally.
・If the return date and time need to be extended, please consult the store.
・If your car is damaged in an accident, please contact the police and our office.

Disclaimer

The rental fee includes liability insurance and car damage insurance. If you have an accident while renting a car and damage the car or someone else, the insurance company will pay compensation, but there will be a certain amount of compensation you will have to pay. This amount is called the "deductible amount," and the system that allows you to be exempt from paying the deductible amount is called the "liability waiver compensation system." Additionally, if an accident occurs, you will be required to pay a "NOC (Non-Operation Charge)" to cover the commercial compensation during the period your car is being repaired and cleaned, in addition to the above.

We offer a "Waiver of Liability + NOC Compensation" option that allows you to waive your excess and NOC in the event of an accident or issue, so we recommend adding this option when making a reservation.
*There are cases where the waiver of liability and NOC compensation are not applicable.

Compensation exception

Please note that the following cases are not covered by insurance and will require full payment from the customer.
・If the accident is not reported to the police or the office
・If the accident is serious, such as a violation of the terms and conditions or laws
・If there is a management failure
(damage to the vehicle interior, damage to equipment, theft when the vehicle is unlocked, loss of keys, use of the wrong type of fuel when refueling on your own premises, smoking in a non-smoking vehicle, etc.)

Precauções

・Devolva o item pelo menos 2 horas antes do seu voo.
・Ao devolver o carro alugado, devolva-o com o tanque de combustível cheio.
・Ao devolver o carro, certifique-se de não ter deixado nada para trás no carro.
・É proibido fumar em todos os veículos, portanto, evite fumar dentro do veículo.
・Tenha cuidado para não estacionar ilegalmente.
・Se a data e o horário de devolução precisarem ser estendidos, consulte a loja.
・Se o seu carro for danificado em um acidente, entre em contato com a polícia e com nosso escritório.

Isenção de responsabilidade

A taxa de aluguel inclui seguro de responsabilidade civil e seguro contra danos ao automóvel. Se você sofrer um acidente ao alugar um carro e danificar o carro ou outra pessoa, a seguradora pagará uma indenização, mas haverá um valor dessa indenização que você terá que pagar. Esse valor é chamado de "valor dedutível", e o sistema que permite que você fique isento do pagamento do valor dedutível é chamado de "sistema de compensação de isenção de responsabilidade". Além disso, se ocorrer um acidente, você será obrigado a pagar uma "NOC (Taxa de Não Operação)" para cobrir a indenização comercial durante o período em que seu carro estiver sendo consertado e limpo, além do acima.

Oferecemos uma opção "Isenção de Responsabilidade + Compensação NOC" que permite que você fique isento do pagamento da franquia e NOC em caso de acidente ou problema, por isso recomendamos adicionar essa opção ao fazer uma reserva.
*Há casos em que a isenção de responsabilidade e a compensação NOC não são aplicáveis.

Exceção de compensação

Observe que os seguintes casos não são cobertos pelo seguro e exigirão o pagamento integral do cliente.
・Se o acidente não for relatado à polícia ou ao escritório
・Se o acidente for grave, como uma violação dos termos e condições ou das leis
・Se houver uma falha de gestão
(danos ao interior do veículo, danos ao equipamento, roubo quando o veículo estiver destrancado, perda de chaves, uso do tipo errado de combustível ao abastecer em suas próprias instalações, fumar em um veículo para não fumantes, etc.)
