We offer a free shuttle service from New Chitose Airport to our restaurant.
There is no counter at the airport, so please contact us at 0123-29-6262 when you arrive.
If you do not wish to be picked up, please contact us in advance.
About pick-up/drop-off
Pick-up and drop-off will be at the store.
When you pick up the car, you will be asked to present valid Japanese driver's licenses for all drivers.
If you are driving with an international driver's license, please be sure to check the following documents and submit the necessary documents at the store
*If you have a foreign driver's license and want to drive in Japan
You must possess one of the following driver's licenses
1) Normal domestic driver's license (for residents in Japan)
2) International driver's license (issued by a member country of the Geneva Convention in accordance with the Geneva Convention)
Foreign Driver's License (Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Monaco)
1) If you are a resident of Japan and driving with an international driver's license
Passport of your country + international driver's license is required.
If you are driving in Japan with an international driver's license (issued by a member country of the Geneva Convention in accordance with the Geneva Convention)
The following two conditions must be met at the same time.
■ Stay outside Japan for more than 3 consecutive months and for 1 year from the date of re-entry to Japan. (It does not necessarily have to be the country/region that issued the visa.)
If you return to Japan within a period of less than 3 months (consecutive, not total) after leaving Japan, the date of your return will not be the "date of landing (the starting date of the validity period of your international driver's license and foreign driver's license).
International Driver's License Expiration Date
International driver's license issued by a member country of the Geneva Convention (1949) + 2 administrative regions. Passport must be presented at the same time.

However, a Japanese international driver's license issued in Japan is not valid for driving in Japan.
International driver's licenses are valid for one year from the date of issue (be sure to check the date of issue) and are valid for driving in Japan for one year from the date of entry into Japan (be sure to check the date of entry into Japan stamped in the passport). Driving with an international driver's license in accordance with the Paris Convention (1926), the Washington Convention (1943), or the Vienna Convention (1968) is not allowed in Japan.
[3) Driving with a foreign driver's license
If you have a driver's license from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco, you can drive for one year after landing in Japan if you carry the Japanese translation of the license with you.
Please bring the following two items together with the driver's passport to the store.

Insurance Coverage
Compensation for bodily injury: Unlimited (including the amount covered by liability insurance)
Compensation for property: Unlimited (50,000 yen deductible)
Compensation for vehicle: Market value (50,000 yen deductible)
Personal injury compensation: ¥50,000,000
We offer an Exemption Compensation Plan that waives the deductible and a Peace of Mind Compensation Plan that waives the NOC.

Accidents not reported to the police
Accidents that are intentional
Cases that fall under the exemption clause of the insurance policy
Cases in which it becomes clear that there is a violation of the rental agreement
Damage to company equipment
Theft of property without a lock
Theft due to unlocked doors ・Mistaken oil type due to self-fueling
Loss of keys
Smoking in the vehicle (including electronic/heated cigarettes)
Other nuisances, etc.
About payment
Cash, credit cards, and electronic money are accepted.
Some pre-payments are also accepted. (Only Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
For guests with children
Children under 6 years old (0-5 years old) are required to wear a child safety seat when riding in the car. If you do not have a child seat, we will not be able to rent you a car. Please use the child safety seats available at our store or bring your own. We ask that you install the child seat by yourself.
Reservations and Cancellations

Please note that cancellations or changes made the day before or on the day of the reservation cannot be accepted by e-mail.

In case of cancellation, the following fees will be charged.
On the day of the reservation: 50% of the basic fee
1 to 2 days prior to the reservation: 30% of the basic fee
6 to 3 days prior: 20% of the basic fee
Up to 7 days before: None *Up to 6,600 yen
If you do not contact us within 1 hour after the reserved time, we will cancel your reservation.
Other Notes
Pets are not allowed in the car. If we confirm that a pet is on board, we will charge a cleaning fee, compensation for absence from work, etc. (not covered by compensation). (Not covered by compensation).
Please return the car with a full tank of fuel. If you fail to return the car with a full tank, you will be reimbursed for the cost of fuel according to the conversion table specified by our company.
Reservation is completed when you receive a confirmation e-mail after making a reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation email after making a reservation, please contact us at 0123-29-6262.
Please note that our store uses used cars. Please note that we do perform maintenance and inspections.
