Our rental vehicles are "campervans," a special type of vehicle. Therefore, we are unable to provide a replacement vehicle if the vehicle becomes unavailable on the day of rental due to damage, breakdowns, repairs, natural disasters, or other force majeure.
In such cases, the deposit will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any other losses (cancellation fees for campsite reservations, hotel reservations, boat reservations, etc.), and no penalty fees (other than the deposit refund) will be incurred.
We appreciate your understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.
You can drive with a standard driver's license!
Please present the driver's licenses of all drivers at the time of rental.
However, drivers must have at least one year of driving experience since obtaining their license.
We accept prepayment by credit card, prepayment by bank transfer, and in-store credit card payment.
If there is a possibility that your reservation or options may change, please select in-store credit card payment.
If you wish to prepayment by credit card, please register your credit card information through prepayment registration.
Prepayment by credit card is available within one year of the departure date.
*Acceptable credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.
If you are making your reservation more than one year in advance, please select "Other" as your payment method.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please transfer the full amount to the bank account listed below within 14 days of your reservation.
*If your reservation is within 14 days of your departure date, please transfer the full amount at least three days before your departure date. (If payment is not received by three days prior to your departure date, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation due to customer convenience and a cancellation fee will be charged.)

We can also deliver your vehicle to your desired location for an additional fee.
A renter (contract holder) is required for both rental and return.
When renting at our locations, we will store one vehicle free of charge.
We will store your vehicle in our parking lot, but we are not responsible for any accidents or theft.
From 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM: ¥4,400 (tax included)
Same-day returns are not accepted for returns after 8:00 PM.
If you return after 8:00 PM, you must return the vehicle within business hours the following day, and an additional daily fee will be charged.
If your itinerary expects to exceed 7:00 PM, please select the "Delayed Return" option when booking and return the vehicle by 8:00 PM.
If your itinerary expects to exceed 8:00 PM, please select the "More Delayed Return" option when booking and return the vehicle between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM the following morning.
*Exceeding the return time due to your itinerary is not permitted. Please plan your return so that it is within business hours (by 7:00 PM).
*Please be sure to contact us in advance if you anticipate exceeding the return time.
*Exceeding the return time due to traffic congestion caused by accidents, construction, or heavy traffic, or refueling, will also incur an additional fee.
*Exceeding the return time is limited to unavoidable circumstances such as unexpected traffic congestion. (Traffic congestion during peak seasons and event days is not considered unexpected.)
The rental vehicle will be fully fueled at the time of rental.
Fuel costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please fill up the tank at a nearby gas station before returning the vehicle.
If the tank is not full upon return, a fee will be charged based on the amount of fuel remaining.
If the tank is more than half full, but less than half full: ¥5,500 (tax included)
If the tank is less than half full: ¥11,000 (tax included)
If you are forced to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Furthermore, if we do not receive any notice from you more than one hour after the rental start time on the day of your reservation, your reservation will be considered canceled.
- For reservations that include the peak seasons listed below, a cancellation fee of 10% of the rental fee will be charged from the time of booking up to 15 days prior to the tentative reservation date.
A cancellation fee will be charged even if you cancel on the day of your reservation. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation.
Peak Season Periods
(January 1st - January 7th, March 27th - April 7th, April 29th - May 8th, August 10th - August 16th, December 22nd - December 31st)
- More than one month prior to the rental reservation date: Free
- 15 days to less than one month prior to the rental reservation date: 10% of the rental fee
- 14 days to 3 days prior to the rental reservation date: 25% of the rental fee
- 2 days to the day before the tentative reservation date: 50% of the rental fee
- On the day of the rental reservation: 100% of the rental fee
*Cancellations after 6:00 PM will be treated as cancellations for the following day.
*Please note that shortening your rental dates will result in your reservation being canceled and you will need to make a new reservation.
Changes are permitted only once, subject to a ¥3,300 (tax included) administrative fee.
Changes are permitted up to two weeks before or after the original date, subject to rental availability.
For any other changes, a new application will be required after cancellation (subject to the reservation cancellation fee).

If you cancel your contract midway, you will be required to pay the early cancellation fee listed below with our consent.
Early Termination Fee = {(Basic Fee for the Rental Contract Period) - (Basic Fee for the Period from Rental to Return)} x 50%
After payment of the cancellation fee set forth above, the rental fee received will be deducted from the rental fee for the period from rental to return, and the remaining amount will be returned to the lessee.
We will accept early termination requests up to three days (72 hours) before the scheduled return date, but refunds will not be available for early termination requests made less than three days (72 hours).
If you violate the Road Traffic Act while using a rental car, you are responsible for reporting to the police station with jurisdiction over the vehicle, completing the required procedures, and immediately paying the fine. When returning the vehicle, please present the traffic violation notice, payment slip with a receipt, and receipt.
If the violation is detected by an automatic speed camera, the rental company will be notified at a later date.
We will then contact you and ask you to complete the necessary procedures.
Smoking is prohibited in all of our vehicles. (E-cigarettes are also prohibited.)
If smoking is discovered, you will be charged ¥20,000 for vehicle downtime compensation, ¥3,300 for air conditioning filters, and ¥33,000 (tax included) for deodorizing cleaning.
Shoes are strictly prohibited on all seats except the driver's and passenger's.
When returning a rental car, please clean it thoroughly and dispose of any trash in the same manner as when you rented it. If you fail to do so, you will be charged ¥5,500 (tax included).
Please remove any food or other items that may stain or smell, such as barbecues or grilled meat, from the vehicle.
Please refrain from eating or drinking any food that may significantly soil the interior of the vehicle.
Note: In the event of an accident, the driver's third-party driving special policy will take priority.
*In the event of an accident, the customer will be responsible for a deductible.
** Vehicle insurance does not cover single-vehicle accidents or accidents involving objects other than the vehicle. Repairs will be at actual cost.
In the unlikely event of an accident, compensation will be provided within the following limits.
Personal injury compensation: Unlimited (includes compensation under automobile liability insurance).
Property damage compensation: Unlimited (deductible: ¥100,000).
Vehicle compensation: Market value (deductible: ¥100,000).
Personal injury compensation: Limit of ¥30,000,000 per accident x maximum passenger capacity, ¥30,000,000 per person.
If the accident is not reported to the police (i.e., if you do not have proof of the accident), you may not be covered.
If insurance payments are not made for the following reasons, you will be responsible for the full cost. The same applies to the collision damage waiver system.
Intentional or gross negligence.
Gross negligence includes failure to follow the "Camper Van Usage Precautions" stated in the rental agreement.
Driving without a license or while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs (narcotics, stimulants, etc.).
Aggressive, suicidal, or criminal behavior.
Failure to promptly report the accident to the police, our company, or your insurance company from the scene of the accident.
(Regardless of the severity of the accident, whether there was another party involved, or whether you were the assailant or victim, you must contact the police, our company, and your insurance company immediately from the scene.)
Settling without permission.
Driven by someone who has not presented their driver's license to our company.
Violation of the rental terms and conditions or user guide.
Accidents that occur during unauthorized extensions of the contracted time.
Other violations of the terms and conditions set forth by our company in the rental terms and conditions, etc.
*In all cases, compensation will be paid in accordance with the insurance company's terms and conditions.
*Windshield damage, tire bursts, and tire replacement costs due to flat or damaged tires will be charged at actual cost.
*Vehicle compensation does not apply to equipment such as side awnings. In the event of equipment damage or malfunction due to customer negligence, the customer will be responsible for all repair costs.
*In the event of an accident, depending on the extent of the damage, the third-party driving rider on your automobile insurance will be used. Please acknowledge this in advance.

This rider allows you to use your own car's insurance instead of the rented car's insurance in the event of an accident while renting a car. The third-party driving rider on a car owned by a family member of the driver can also be used.
In the event that vehicle repair or cleaning is required due to an accident, theft, breakdown, damage, etc., the following fee will be charged as part of the business interruption compensation during that period, regardless of the extent of damage or the repair period.
This fee is charged in addition to the deductible and repair costs.
(1) If the vehicle is driven and returned to our shop: ¥100,000
(2) If the vehicle cannot be driven and returned to our shop: ¥150,000
*If the vehicle is driveable but not returned to our shop (e.g., abandoned on the road), a ¥150,000 fee will be charged.
However, for business compensation not covered by the non-operation charge, you will be charged a daily fee for each subsequent repair period, up to a maximum of 30 days.
Damage, soiling, or breakdowns to the camper's interior, fixtures, and equipment are not covered by vehicle insurance. *Subject to non-operation charge.

Stains caused by spilled food or drink on a seat (including vomit)
Tobacco or pet odors
Stains caused by pet feces or vomit
Electronic devices (refrigerators, microwaves, air conditioners, etc.) malfunction due to improper use
Broken windows
Damage to free or paid rental items (damage caused by the customer)
Replacement, repair, and cleaning costs will be charged at actual cost after we notify you of the repair costs.
Please note that we cannot provide any compensation. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any injuries caused by customer negligence inside or around the vehicle while it is parked.
Pets allowed in the vehicle are limited to healthy small and medium-sized dogs.
Please bring a cage.
Please be sure to inform us if you are traveling with a pet. If we find you have a pet traveling without permission, you will be charged for deodorization and cleaning.
Only indoor pets living with you are allowed to ride. Please treat your pet for fleas and ticks and brush it before riding.
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations valid for the rental period. Proof of rabies vaccination and proof of 5 or more vaccinations must be provided on the day of rental.
Only healthy indoor dogs weighing less than 10kg are allowed to ride. Please place a sheet on the floor of the campervan and keep your pet in a cage (please bring your own).
Please shampoo your pet before renting.
Pets must be toilet-trained.
Please make sure they relieve themselves before riding and do not relieve themselves inside the vehicle. Please wear appropriate etiquette clothing. Please dispose of any waste promptly and properly.
Do not leave pets unattended in the campervan, regardless of the length of time.
Please make sure your pet does not chew or scratch the interior furniture.
Pets are not allowed in the driver's seat, passenger seat, or sleeping area. (Pets are permitted if they are covered with a protective sheet such as a waterproof sheet.)
Our company assumes no responsibility for any pet accidents or illnesses. Please also note that pets are not covered by insurance, compensation, or various compensation systems.
If, after use, the campervan develops severe odors, hair loss, dirt, or damage, making it impossible to rent to the next user after normal cleaning and maintenance, you will be required to pay 50,000 yen (tax-exempt) for the actual cost of cleaning and repairs, as well as part of the business compensation for the cleaning period.
If your pet causes damage to our company or a third party other than those listed in 15 above, the campervan renter will be responsible for all compensation.
Please comply with the Act on Welfare and Management of Animals and each prefecture's animal welfare ordinances.
Please be sure to follow these rules when using our campervan. In particular, please double-check the following points.
- Please arrive at your reserved rental time and return the campervan at the time of your reservation.
- In the event of an accident, any other vehicle driving special clauses available to the driver will be used.
- When using our insurance, a deductible will be charged.
- In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, damage, etc., a compensation fee for lost wages will be charged.
- For reservations during peak season, a cancellation fee will be charged at the time of booking.
