Q1) Can I drive with a Normal license stamp class B?
       You can drive with a Normal license stamp class B (except ZIL Noble).
        *We do not recommend those unfamiliar with driving large-size cars.

Q2) I just got a license. Can I borrow it?
       Only those who have acquired a license over three years or more can drive.

Q3) Can I drop off?
     Please return the car to the same place.

Q4) Is it possible to ride with a pet?
      Pets are not allowed.
       If we find it without permission, we will charge the appropriate damage fee.


Q5) What is the payment method?
      We usually ask customers to pay by credit card.
      We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

Q6) If I go to the store with my car, can you keep it for me during the trip?
      Your car can be stored only during the rental period 
      *Please note that We don’t have a roofed and paved garage.
      We cannot take any responsibility for accidents and thefts during storage.
      Please be sure to carry your valuables with you upon departure.
      We will keep the Key and use it only if we need to move your car.

Q7) Can I smoke inside the camper?
        All camper are non-smoking.
       If we find evidence of smoking, we will charge an appropriate damage fee.

Q8) I don't know how to use the equipment.
      An Instructional video is available. Please make sure to watch by the day of departure.
       If you do not understand the video, the staff will take time to explain it before departure,  
       so it may affect your departure time. 

Q9)Where can I park the RV for the night?
     You can park the RV in Roadside stations, Highway rest areas(where you can find restaurants, gift shops, bathrooms, smoking areas, petrol stations, and more), Camper sites & RV Parks, and Parking lots (be careful that not every parking lot is fine for sleeping in car overnight), etc.

Q10) Is there any restriction on mileage?
       there is no restriction on mileage.


Q11) Can I add option items after the reservation is confirmed?
        Yes, but for optional items of limited stock, please contact us as early as possible. 


Q11) Can I make a change to the reservation?
     
  Yes, but since other customers are using the RV, Please contact our staff as early as possible if you need to change your reservation.
