For reservation cancellations, the following cancellation fees will apply.

※ Cancellations made within 1 hour after completing the reservation are free of charge.
If the airline officially announces the cancellation of your flight, no cancellation fee will be charged.
However, the following cases will be subject to the standard cancellation policy:
・Before the flight cancellation is officially announced
・Cancellation based on the customer’s own decision
Changes to the rental date can be accepted only if vehicles are available.
Depending on the details of the change, the rental fee may be adjusted.
If you do not arrive at our store without contacting us (no-show cancellation), 100% of the rental fee will be charged.
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to the payment method used.
The refund timing may vary depending on the processing schedule of each payment provider or credit card company.
