-Taxi Fare Coverage Service for Store Visits-
We offer a complimentary taxi shuttle service to ensure prompt transportation without waiting. Please present your taxi receipt to our staff upon check-in for reimbursement. This service is only available for direct routes between the Naha airport or port and our office. Note that we cannot reimburse fares for detours.
Car Pickup and Return Available at Your Hotel

Our staff will deliver the rental car to your hotel, and upon return, our staff will also pick up the car from your hotel. This is a Naha-area exclusive service. For customers selecting this pickup and return option, please provide your hotel name and address in the remarks section.
-Exemption Warranty Peace of Mind Package-
By joining our exemption warranty package, you will have no repair cost liability in case of accidents, and your expenses will be fully covered. Compensation for business interruption is also provided, capped at 100,000 yen.
Please note: Damage due to intentional or negligent acts may not be covered, even if enrolled in the package. For details, please refer to the rental terms. To join, select "Join" on the exemption warranty options page.
If you are not enrolled in the exemption warranty system:
- Third-Party Liability: Limit – Unlimited, Deductible – 100,000 yen
- Vehicle Liability: Limit – Market Value
With roadside assistance: Deductible – 100,000 yen
Without roadside assistance: Deductible – 50,000 yen
Additionally, any repair costs or compensation for vehicle downtime due to an accident will be at your own expense.
