About Non-Operation Charge (NOC)

In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, defacement, etc. that is not the responsibility of the company and requires vehicle repairs, cleaning, etc., the following charges will apply regardless of the extent of damage, time required for repairs, etc., and the length of time required for repairs, etc., as compensation for the time the vehicle is closed for business during that period.

▪️ If the vehicle is returned in a self-driveable condition
JPY50,000

▪️ If the vehicle cannot be driven on its own + towing fee
100,000 yen

100,000 yen will be charged for vehicles that are not returned to the original location even if they are roadworthy (e.g. left on the road).
Tire damage (including flat tires) and towing fees for transporting the vehicle are the responsibility of the customer.
