【How to use on the day (when using the shuttle service)】
① Meet the shuttle car at Naha Airport or Akamine Monorail Station, whichever you selected.
You can always contact us via chat, so even if you get lost, our staff will guide you.
※ If we do not receive a message from you by the day before, the shuttle service may not be available.
※ If there is no prior contact, the reception may take longer than usual and you may be asked to wait.
② Move to our store
It is about 10–15 minutes by car, and you can start your trip right away.
③ Reception
We will explain how to operate the vehicle, and then you will depart.
Since the procedures have already been completed in advance through chat, you can start your trip in about 10 minutes.

【Return Process】
① Please return the car to the same location as the pick-up store.
We will send you a Google Maps link via chat so you won’t get lost.
For refueling, we will also send you Google Maps links for nearby gas stations — please check them.
② Vehicle check and lost-item check
This takes about 10 minutes.
③ Return completed
If you are using the shuttle service, we will take you to Naha Airport or Akamine Monorail Station.
If you do not need the shuttle, the return procedure is complete.
