The cancellation fee is as follows.
Up to 15 days before departure... Free
Up to 10 days before departure... 30% of basic fee%
Up to 5 days before departure... 50% of basic fee%
1 day before departure... 75% of basic fee%
On the day of departure... 100% of the basic fee%
After departure... 100% of basic fee%
If you do not contact us after more than one hour of booking time, we will process it as a cancellation.
However, this is not the case for plane canceled （ departure flight ）.
When you forget your license on the day of use, you cannot lend it.
We cannot lend out to people who do not have a Japanese driver's license,such as a foreign driver's license or an international driver's license.
