For customers using rental cars

Return the car with a full tank of gasoline (at a gas station near the office)

●The car will be rented with a full tank of fuel, so please return it with a full tank.

※If you are unable to return the car with a full tank, you will be charged a fuel fee based on the mileage.

●Please bring the receipt when returning the car.

※The customer will be responsible for the full cost of repairs to the car caused by putting in the wrong type of fuel when refueling.

All cars use "regular gasoline."

About items left in the car

●We do not compensate for lost items left in the car.

If you have an accident or self-inflicted accident

●You will be responsible for the non-operation charge (NOC).

●Even if you have joined the liability exemption system, you will be responsible for the "NOC" in the event of an accident.

・If the rental car can move: 20,000 yen
・If the rental car cannot move: 50,000 yen

※The towing fee for moving the rental car (vehicle) will be borne by the customer in addition to the above fees.

Non-smoking car
●If smoking
In addition to the 15,000 yen deodorizing cleaning fee and air filter fee, the full 15,000 yen vehicle suspension fee will be charged.

Prohibited items
●Bringing rental cars to remote islands (prohibited travel)
●Pets not allowed (except if kept in a cage)
●If the car is submerged in seawater (reporting obligation, vehicle inspection, repair costs, and vehicle suspension fee during that time will be charged in full at 15,000 yen per day)

Regarding delays in return
●If the return time is exceeded without notice, please note that a late fee will be charged as described below.

Regarding one-month lease (monthly) contract
●If you extend or renew, be sure to have your vehicle inspected and maintained once a month.

*Please attach a certificate that inspection and maintenance have been completed. In addition, if you do not carry out monthly vehicle inspection and maintenance, insurance and exemption compensation will not apply.
●The customer will be responsible for the repair costs of breakdowns and accidents caused by not having the above vehicle inspection and maintenance.
●If it exceeds one month, you will be responsible for the re-enrollment fee of 5,000 yen for each month.

Items not covered by insurance/liability exemption
●Failure to contact the police or our company after the fact
●Accidents caused by drunk driving, speeding, or violation of the Road Traffic Act
●Flat tire, battery trouble due to leaving the lights on, or door ajar
※Please deal with the problem yourself directly with a repair company, etc.
●If there is a management error (actual cost of the current market value)

Please hand over the key you made when returning the rental car. Please note that even if a towing fee is incurred due to the loss of the key, it will be borne by the customer.
●Loss of wheel caps/damage that makes it impossible to use the car again without repairs, etc.
※In the event of loss of wheel caps, the actual cost of the current market value will be charged for each one.
●Accidents that occur when the rental time is extended without our consent
●Accidents caused by unregistered drivers/accidents that occur when sub-renting to others
●Accidents caused by using a mobile phone/looking at the navigation system
●If the interior of the car is significantly soiled (littering with cigarette butts, muddy stains, pet hair/pet smells, bad odors, etc.)
*A separate fee for cleaning the interior of the car will be charged. (Actual cost of current market value)
