Q.Can I still rent a car if I go to a store without a Reservation?

Availability on the day of your visit varies from store to store,but we may decline your request if we are unable to accommodate you.Please make a reservation before coming to the store if at all possible.

Q.When should I pay the fee?

The rental fee for the contracted time is to be paid at the time of departure or in advance by credit card.
As a general rule, we ask that payment be made by credit card.
When paying in cash, please present one of the following documents ("Identification documents") in addition to your driver's license
　・passport
　・International Driver's License
　・Driver's license from home country

Q.  Are there any rental cars that cannot be rented depending on the type of driver's license?

Yes, there is. Please contact us by e-mail for more information.

Q. What should I do if I have a flat tire or an accident while using the rental car?

In principle, customers are responsible for repairing flat tires while on loan.
In the event of an accident, we ask that you give first priority to the rescue of the injured and contact the police and the store of departure.

 

Q.乗捨てできますか？

Q.Can I return it at a different store than the one from which it departed?

It is possible within Fujitomi Rent-a-Car. Please click here for store information.

Q. Can I rent a car even if I just got my driver's license or am underage?

We may not accept applicants who have been licensed for less than six months.
We may not allow campers under the age of 25.

Q.Can I rent a car with an international driver's license?

International Driver's Licenses issued by Geneva Convention member countries (94 countries) + 2 administrative regions (excluding Japan) or countries that have concluded bilateral agreements are accepted.
An "International Driver's License" and "Passport" etc. must be presented at the time of car rental.

Q. What do I need to rent a car?

 ''Driver's license'' and ''Personal identification documents'' are required.

Q. Can I borrow studless tires, chains, child seats, etc.?

Optional equipment is available. Please contact the store in advance.
Please note that we do not rent out equipment by itself.

Q.  I will use the expressway. Can I use ETC?

With the exception of a few vehicles, almost all vehicles are equipped with an ETC on-board unit.
Please prepare the ETC card by yourself.

Q. Can I use a car navigation system?

一部車両を除き、ほぼ全車両カーナビゲーションをご利用いただけます。

With the exception of a few vehicles, almost all vehicles can be used with in-car navigation systems.

 

Q. 燃料は満タン貸出ですか？

Q.Do you lend a full tank of fuel?

満タンでの貸出となっております。ご返却の際には必ず燃料を満タンにしてからお戻しください。

The fuel tank is only available for rent with a full tank of fuel. Please make sure to fill up the tank before returning the vehicle.

 

Q. キャンピングカー内で調理は可能ですか？

キャンピングカー内は火気厳禁となっております。車外でバーベキュー等お楽しみください。

Fire is strictly prohibited inside the camper. Please enjoy barbecues, etc. outside the vehicle.

Q. キャンピングカーに布団や枕は付いてきますか？

Q. Does the camper come with bedding and pillows?

キャンピングカーには寝具の貸出は御座いません。お客様でご用意ください。

Bedding is not provided for campers. Please bring your own bedding.
