Cancellation of Reservations

Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations after the reservation has been confirmed.

Cancellation fees vary depending on the number of days prior to the rental start date.

 

• From the date of reservation confirmation to 8 days prior to the start of rental

　　　10% of the amount spent

• Up to 7 days prior to the start of the rental

　　　20% of the amount spent

• 6 to 2 days prior to the start of the rental

　　　30% of the total amount spent

• Day before rental starts (during business hours)

　　　80% of the amount spent

• Rental start date

　　　100% of the amount spent

※For reservations made during the high season or premium season, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged from the time the reservation is confirmed until 8 business days prior to departure. No cancellation fee will be charged for normal season up to 8 business days prior to departure.
