A: There is no transportation available. Our vehicles are located at the Fukuyama Oriental Hotel (a 3-minute walk from the north exit of the train station). If you are coming by car, you can also come to the parking lot of the Fukuyama Service Center Itoh (1-11-30 Minami 3-chome, Fukuyama City) to pick up the rental car. (Parking for 2 cars is available.)

Q2. What do I need on the day of rental?

A: Please do not delete and keep the "Reservation Information" email that you receive upon completing the reservation until the day of your reservation, and bring it with you. Please bring the international driver's license, foreign driver's license, or passport of the driver. (No confirmation will be made on the day of the reservation) If you plan to use the ETC system, please also bring your ETC card.

Q3. What should I do about fuel?

A: Please return the car with a full tank of high-octane fuel. We will provide the car with a full tank, so please return it with a full tank of high-octane fuel. If you cannot return it with a full tank, we will calculate the fuel charge based on the remaining fuel level and bill you later. Please note that in this case, the actual fuel cost may be higher than our refueling cost.

Q4. What should I do in case of an accident?

A: If an accident occurs, please take the following three actions as soon as possible. These are important procedures for applying for insurance and compensation, so please be sure to perform all three actions without fail.

  1. Administer first aid to any injured parties.
  2. Report the accident to the police.
  3. Please be sure to contact Dfa Rent-a-Car (Riccas).

Q5. Even if it was just a minor scratch and not an accident, are the required procedures still necessary?

A: Yes. At Riccas, any scratches or dents, regardless of their size or the presence of the other party, are treated as an "accident". Please perform the above-mentioned required procedures, including cases where you are unsure whether they are necessary. (If the required procedures are not taken, insurance and compensation may not apply, and the customer will be responsible for the costs.)

Q6. If my schedule changes, can I change the return time?

A: Please let us know if you wish to make any changes to your request. If you would like to change the return time, please make sure to contact us at least one hour before the scheduled return time stated in the contract. We will inform you whether the change is possible or not. Please note that if you change your schedule, we will charge you for any excess time according to our pricing table. Please make the payment to the account designated by our company.
