Notes regarding reservations

○ Reservations are only available for customers who have held a driver's license for three years or more.
○ Visitors to Japan will also need the following documents:

1.International Driving Permit (issued by countries that are parties to the Geneva Convention based on the Geneva Convention)
2.Foreign driver's license (Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco, Estonia, Taiwan)
3.Passport
・Please attach these licenses that are valid at the time of booking.
・A Japanese translation of the foreign driver's license issued by the embassy or consulate in Japan, or by the Japan Automobile Federation is required.

○ Please prepare your driver's license when making a reservation. You will be asked to enter your "license type", "license number", "license expiration date", and "date of issuance".
Please attach images of your license, international driving permit, foreign driver's license, and passport to the "personal identification document upload" section.

○ If you need to make changes or cancellations, please contact us at the email address below with the following information: "① Renter's name", "② Reservation date and time", and "③ Vehicle type". Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged starting six days before the reservation date.
