Step 1: Make a reservation online
Make a reservation online via our website. Payment must be made in advance using a credit card (VISA/Mastercard/JCB/American Express/Diners Club). Please note that this service is only available to customers who have held a driver's license for three years or more.

The following documents are also required for visitors to Japan

1.International Driver's License (issued by countries that are parties to the Geneva Convention based on the Geneva Convention)
2.Foreign Driver's License (Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco, Estonia, Taiwan)
3.Passport

・Please attach these licenses with a valid expiration date when making a reservation.
・For the foreign driver's license, a Japanese translation issued by the Embassy/Consulate in Japan or the Japan Automobile Federation is required.

Step 2: On the day of rental
For those arriving by train, please go to the front desk of Fukuyama Oriental Hotel to pick up the car key (a three-minute walk from JR Fukuyama Station North Exit).

Please show the staff the "Reservation Information" screen on your smartphone or a printed copy of it for verification when receiving the car.

The car will be parked in the hotel parking lot.

For those arriving by car, please come to the parking lot of "Fukuyama Service Center Itoh" to pick up the car (Address: 1-11-30 Minami-3-Chome, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Postal Code: 720-0032). The car key will be in the post.

*The post is locked. We will inform you how to unlock it after making the reservation.
*The parking lot can accommodate up to two cars. Please use an available parking space.

Step 3: On the day of return
Please return the car with a full tank of high-octane fuel.

Step 4: After use
Please park the car in the same parking lot as when you departed and hand the car key to the hotel front desk staff.
