【About Reservations】

1. What should I do if the person making the reservation and the driver are different?
・Online reservations can be made by someone other than the driver. Please enter the driver's name in the reservation information. On the day of rental, the person who will be driving should come to the branch office.

2. Can I reserve options like child seats?
・Yes, you can. Please select them on the option selection screen during your reservation.

4. Can I specify a vehicle model when booking?
・All COLDIO Rent a Car vehicles are specified as Alphards.

5. Can I bring my pet along?
・We do not permit pets in the vehicle, even if they are in a carrier.

6. How are rates calculated?

COLDIO Rent a Car uses a “daily rate system” where the fee changes per day. The rate remains the same for the same day, regardless of departure or return times.

1. How do I change or cancel a reservation?

【Usage Information】
1. What should I bring on the day of rental?
・Please bring the driver's license of the person operating the rental car, and a credit card or cash for payment.

2. Can I rent a car if I forget my license on the day?

No, please note we cannot rent a car if you forget your license.

3. What should I do if I'm going to be late for my reservation?
・If you anticipate being late, please call the branch office immediately (see branch details page here).

4. What should I do when I arrive at Naha Airport?
・Please proceed from the short-distance taxi stand on the 1st floor to the rental car office. We will reimburse your taxi fare at the counter.

5. Is there a shuttle service from the office back to Naha Airport after returning the car?
・We do not provide airport shuttle service after return. Please arrange a taxi reservation if needed.

6. Can I return the car before business hours?
・We do not accept returns before business hours. Please return the car during operating hours.

7. Can I rent a car outside of business hours?
・No, we do not offer rentals outside business hours. Please depart during business hours.

8. If I exceed the rental time, will I be charged an extension fee?
・Yes, an extension fee may apply depending on the additional time. Please settle the fee at the office.


【Regarding Payment Methods】

1. When should I pay the rental fee?
・Please pay in cash or by credit card at the rental office upon departure. Any additional fees, such as overage charges, will be settled upon return.

2. Can I pay by credit card?
・Yes, we accept various credit cards (VISA, JCB, Mastercard, AMEX).

3. Can I pay with electronic money?
・Payment via Quick Pay is available.
