We provide complimentary taxi transfers for up to two vehicles, so please come to our office with your entire family or group.

 

How to Use the Rental Car on the Day of Use

＜We aim to dispatch a vehicle within 30 minutes after departure from Naha Airport.＞

 

1、After arriving at Naha Airport, please board a taxi at the short-distance taxi stand on the first floor.

2、Upon arrival at the office, please pay the taxi fare.

※We will reimburse the actual taxi fare at the reception desk, so please be sure to obtain a receipt.

3、Rental car check-in is available at our office.

※Please have your driver's license ready.

※We will explain the CDW, NOC, full-tank return policy, and vehicle details.

 

4、Inspect the vehicle (check for scratches, etc.), sign the form, and you're ready to go!

 

How to Make an Online Reservation

Book online anytime, 24 hours a day! Complete your rental car arrangements in just 3 easy steps. Once your reservation is confirmed, simply visit the designated branch at your specified time on the day of your Okinawa trip.

【STEP1】Search by desired date and time, then select your vehicle and plan

Set the date and time you wish to rent a car, then click the “Search Availability” button to view available plans.

Pricing is based on a daily rate (price changes per day), not an hourly rate (price changes per hour). Since it takes approximately 20 minutes to reach the rental office from Naha Airport, we recommend setting your rental time with ample buffer after your arrival at Naha Airport.

 

【STEP 2】Select your desired options

 

After selecting your plan, please choose optional items such as baby seats and child seats according to your needs.

 

【STEP 3】Enter customer information such as name and contact details to complete your reservation.

Finally, enter the information for the person renting the car to complete your reservation. Rental fees are paid at the branch office, so no advance payment is required.

If you need to change the rental date and time or no longer require the rental, please be sure to process a cancellation.

2. We will process your rental car check-in, so please present your driver's license.

3. We will explain the liability waiver, loss of use compensation, full-tank return policy, and vehicle details.

4. After inspecting the vehicle (checking for damage, etc.), you will sign the paperwork and depart.
