Cancellation Policy
Fees are charged based on when you cancel, counted in calendar days (inclusive) before the pick-up date.

• 10 days or more before the pick-up date (inclusive): Free cancellation.
  Example: If your pick-up date is the 25th, cancellations made on or before the 15th are free.

• 4 days before the pick-up date: 50% of the total rental amount.
  Example: If your pick-up date is the 25th, a cancellation on the 21st incurs 50%.

• From 3 days before the pick-up date (inclusive) through the pick-up day and after: 100% of the total rental amount.
  Example: If your pick-up date is the 25th, cancellations on or after the 22nd incur 100%.
