■ Reservation Administration Fee

• First reservation: Free
• Second and subsequent reservations: ¥3,000 each

■ Cancellation Fee

• Up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup date and time: Free
• 6–3 days before the scheduled pickup date and time: 20% of the rental fee
• 2 days before through the day before pickup: 30% of the rental fee
• On or after the scheduled pickup date: 50% of the rental fee

■ Extension Fee

• Hourly fee for each vehicle class: See separate price list
• Penalty for extending the rental without our approval: ¥100,000

■ Fuel Settlement Charge

• Kei vehicle class: ¥1,500 per fuel-gauge segment
• Standard vehicle class: ¥2,000 per fuel-gauge segment
• Cab-over camper class: ¥3,000 per fuel-gauge segment
