Insurance and Compensation Included in the Basic Fee

At Banana Rent-a-Car, there is no deductible when using insurance.

Personal Liability
Unlimited
Covers legal liability for compensation if you injure or cause the death of another person.
Property Damage Liability
Unlimited
Covers legal liability for compensation if you damage another person's vehicle or property.
Personal Accident Insurance
Unlimited
Covers compensation if someone in your vehicle is injured or killed.

※ The basic fee does not include vehicle compensation.

※ In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, or contamination that requires vehicle repair or cleaning, you will be responsible for the following charges as part of the business compensation during that period.
By purchasing the following Non-Operation Charge (NOC) exemption (1,600 yen/day), you can be exempt from paying NOC (business compensation) and vehicle repair costs if they occur.

About Non-Operation Charge (NOC)

In case of vehicle repair or other issues, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) will be required as part of the business compensation (suspension compensation).

If the vehicle is drivable and returned to the office
20,000 yen
If the vehicle is not drivable and cannot be returned to the office
50,000 yen

Subscription Fee: 500 yen (including tax) / day※ Exempts you from paying vehicle repair costs.
※ You cannot subscribe to the vehicle compensation system alone. You must subscribe to the NOC compensation system simultaneously.

※ You cannot subscribe or cancel after the rental procedure has been completed.
