How can I check if my booking is confirmed?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email, your booking may not have been completed, or your email address may be incorrect. Please contact us for assistance.
How do I specify the round-trip pick-up and drop-off locations?
Please specify the pick-up location (airport, Akamine Station, or direct handover at the office) in the options screen at the time of booking.
We will confirm the drop-off location either at the time of handover or return.
※We do not provide individual shuttles to hotels or specific locations.
※We do not conduct direct handovers at the airport.
Can I specify the car model?
To ensure fairness for all customers, we do not accept car model requests.
Usage
Can beginners or minors rent a car?
Beginners and minors can rent a car. Please contact us for detailed conditions.
Can I rent multiple baby seats, child seats, and junior seats?
We have many baby seats, child seats, and junior seats available.
We ensure to check and replenish the stock regularly, so please feel free to request them.
Can I leave my car at the office?
Yes, we can keep your car if you come to the office by car.
Can I bring pets in the car?
We do not allow pets in the car.
Are ETC devices installed in the cars? Do you rent out ETC cards?
All our cars are equipped with ETC devices. However, we do not rent out ETC cards at the moment.
During Usage (From Visit to Return)
What do I need to rent a car?
・For those with a Japanese driver's license: Driver's license
・For those without a Japanese driver's license: International Driving Permit, passport
Additionally, those with a license from Taiwan, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, or Monaco will need their national driver's license, a Japanese translation of the license, and their passport.
Can someone other than the contract holder drive the car?
Yes, other than the contract holder can drive the car. However, in case of any issues, the contract holder will be responsible.
Tell me about the A.S Rental Car invoice.
Our rental car service is a registered qualified invoice issuing business under the invoice system.
The receipt issued will be compliant with the invoice system.
