Payment will be made in advance on the rental day before departure, as described above. We do not accept post-payment (payment at the time of vehicle return) for the convenience of the customer.
Delivery Time for Goods
We offer a "No-need-to-visit store vehicle handover service."
Upon your arrival, our staff will pick you up at the airport, provide a brief vehicle operation explanation, and handle the procedures so you can depart immediately.
Please ensure that the driver brings a valid driver's license.
Returns & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

- Up to 7 days before the rental date: Free (Please contact via the inquiry form or phone)
- 6 to 3 days before the rental date: 20% (Please contact via the inquiry form or phone)
- 2 days to the day before the rental date: 50% (Phone contact only)
- On the day or after (including early returns): 50% (Phone contact only)
- No contact after the rental date: 100%
If the cancellation is due to our fault, we will refund the full amount immediately.
No cancellation fee will apply in case of delays or cancellations due to bad weather such as typhoons.
If there is no contact from you within 1 hour of the scheduled time, we will cancel the reservation and charge 100% of the payment amount as a cancellation fee.
