Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will apply as specified. If you fail to arrive at the store within 1 hour of the scheduled reservation time and cannot be contacted, we will consider it as a cancellation and a cancellation fee will be charged. Please understand this in advance.

　If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

　- Up to 7 days before the rental date: Free (please contact via inquiry form or phone)  
　- 6 to 3 days before the rental date: 20% (please contact via inquiry form or phone)  
　- 2 days to the day before the rental date: 50% (phone inquiries only)  
　- On the day or later (including early returns): 50% (phone inquiries only)  
　- No contact after the scheduled time: 100%  

　※ If we need to cancel due to circumstances on our side, we will provide a full refund promptly.  
　※ If the cancellation is due to weather-related delays or flight cancellations (e.g., typhoons), no 　cancellation fee will be charged.  
　※ If you do not contact us within 1 hour of the scheduled time, we will take cancellation action and 　charge 100% of the payment as a cancellation fee.
