On the day of the tour, please come to our office at your reserved time for vehicle check and formalities.
We will make copies of your driver's license, so please bring the licenses of all the people you plan to drive.
If you will be more than 30 minutes late, please let us know.
Please note that if you do not show up for more than one hour without notifying us, we may cancel your reservation.
If you do not have an ETC card, you can rent one.
A deposit of 30,000 JPY is required to rent the card.
Breakdown：3,000 JPY ETC card rental fee and highway charges if used
After use, the deposit will be refunded minus the highway charges and the ETC card rental fee.
*ETC card: IC card for paying tolls on toll roads with a credit card.

During business hours 10 days prior to the reserved date of borrowing…10% of the total amount of use
During business hours 9 days prior to the reserved date of borrowing…20% of the total amount of use
During business hours 7 days to 2 days prior to the reserved borrowing date…50% of the total amount of use
During business hours on the day before the reserved borrowing day…80% of the total amount of use
During business hours on the day of the reserved borrowing date…100% of the total amount of use
Cancellations after 6:00 p.m. will be treated as cancellations for the following day.

Minor scratches that do not interfere with driving (generally within 5 cm) * 20,000 yen per scratch
If the vehicle is returned to the scheduled return location on its own (repair period of 1 month or less) 100,000 yen
In the event that the vehicle is returned to the scheduled return location on its own (if the repair period is more than one month) 200,000 yen
If the vehicle cannot drive itself and is not returned to the scheduled return location 300,000 yen
