Payment

・In store credit card payment（VISA・MASTER・JCB・AMEX・Diners club・Rakuten etc.）

・Payment after confirming the validity of the credit card (cash payment/QR code)
※The credit card is in the name of the rental contractor.

・Only debit cards with brand marks such as VISA can be used.
*If using a debit card, you will need to present your health insurance card, social insurance card, etc.
Payment in cash is not possible without confirmation of validity.

・Online reservation credit card payment（VISA・MASTER・AMEX)

Cancellation fee

Cancellation fees will be charged as shown below depending on the number of days remaining until the departure date.

Unauthorized cancellation: 100% of reservation amount
Cancellation on the day: 50% of the basic fee
Cancellation the day before: 30% of the basic fee
Cancellation two days in advance: 30% of basic fee
Cancellation 3 to 6 days in advance: 20% of the basic fee

If we receive a cancellation notice, the maximum cancellation fee will be 5,000 yen.

 

【Penalty fee】

The price is 3 times the normal price.

・Forced return after hours without a contract
・No returns possible
