International Driver's Pemit Details

 

 

- In-store credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, Rakuten Card, etc.)

- Credit card payments
*Credit cards must be in the rental contract holder's name.

- Credit card payments when booking online (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)

- Cash payments are not accepted.
(Cash payments are accepted for ETC card payments.)

 

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees are charged based on the number of days remaining until your departure date.

No-show: 100% of the reservation amount
On the day: 50% of the basic fee
The day before: 30% of the basic fee
2 days before: 30% of the basic fee
3-6 days before: 20% of the basic fee

If you notify us in advance, a cancellation fee of up to ¥5,000 will be charged.

*If you contact us with a cancellation after one hour of the scheduled departure time, it will be treated as a cancellation without notice.

 

[Penalty Fees]

A penalty fee of three times the regular fee will be charged.

- Extending the rental period without permission
- Forcing the rental to be returned outside the contracted hours
- Refusing to return the rental
