ノン・オペレーション・チャージ（NOC　休業補償）

万一車両の損傷を与えた場合、修理期間中の休業補償の一部として下記金額を、損傷の程度や所要時間にかかわらず申し受けます。

車両が営業所へ返却された場合（自走可能な場合）

車両が営業所へ返却されなかった場合（自走不能な場合）

保険、補償制度適用除外項目

・無免許、飲酒運転、速度超過、通行禁止違反等法令違反による自損事故の車両修理費は全額負担となります。

・当社にて定めます保険約款に関する事故、貸渡規約に違反された事故、及び警察への届出がない場合

・運転中にシートベルトを着用していなかった場合　　　　　　　・車内及び車外装備の紛失破損

・連絡なしに貸渡時間を超過し、事故を起こした場合　　　　　　・内鍵施錠した場合

・鍵を紛失した場合（一律5万円をご負担いただきます）　　　　　・その他の保険規約の免責事項に該当する事故

・当社の貸渡約款の条項に違反した事故　　　　　　　　　　　　・レッカーが必要になった場合

・車両の砂浜や悪路への乗り入れはご遠慮ください。

Non-operation charge(NOC leavecompensation)

In the unlikely event that the vehicle is damaged, the following amount will be charged as part of the holiday compensation during

the repair period, regardless of the degree of damage or the time required.

If the vehicle is returned to the sales office(if it is self- driving)

If the vehicle is not returned to the sales office(if it cannot be self- driving)

Items excluded from insurance and compensation system

・The full cost of vehicle repair for self- damage accidents caused by violations of laws and regulations such as no license, 　      drunk driving, speeding, and violation of traffic prohibitions will borne in full.

・Accidents related to the insurance terms and conditions stipulated by our company, accidents that violate the rental          　agreement, and if there is no notification to the police.

・If you are not wearing a seat belt while driving.

・Loss and damage of in- car and external equipment.

・(If you exceed the rental time without notice and cause an accident.

・When the inner key is locked.

・If you lose the key (a flat rate of 50,000yen will be charged)

・Accidents that fall under the disclaimer of other insurance policies.

・Accidents that violate the terms of our rental terms and conditions.

・If you need a tow truck.

・Please refrain from entering the sandy beach or bad roads your vehicle.
